May 9 - Christian and Gina's 6th Anniversary! Yeah!! Wow..
May 10 - Mother's day
May 11 - Melanie's Birthday (Gina's sister)
May 16 (Ceremony) May 22 Graduation - Alissa's Graduation! congrats Liss!!
Once Alissa gets back with me on the official dates for her graduation I will add then in. Our disneyland trip is getting closer! Let's make this year's mother's day a special one!
Happy Mother's Day to ALL the women in our family...how special they truly are!
Just a little story about my 1st mother's day and it wasn't after Delia was born, it was before. After Christian and I were married and on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon...on mother's day, an airport worker in Hawaii, I don't remember exactly what we were doing, looked at me and asked us what brought us to Hawaii. I told him we were just married and here for our honeymoon. He then said, "well, then Happy Mother's Day!" I looked at him funny and told him that we didn't have children yet. He asked, "well, you are a woman aren't you?" And of course I said, yes. He told told me that all women get to equally celebrate Mother's day because regardeless of whether or not we rear children, we all have that "motherly instinct" and care in our hearts and entitles us all the celebrate! Wow, what a wake up call just days after my wedding from an airport worker in Hawaii!! Didn't see that one coming ;)
